What are Fiduciary Responsibilities?

When you enter into a contract with me, I am legally obligated to put your priorities first. The Big Six are ethical responsibilities (no pinkie swears involved) created to make sure I am acting in your best interest from your first look at a home through the Closing. At Steamboat Mountain Real Estate, we negotiate the best deals, hold your information confidential, and guide you along the journey of finding the right property to fit your needs. We go above and beyond what’s required from the realtor’s Big Six fiduciary duties

Your funds will be placed in secure escrow accounts, giving you peace of mind and ensuring that all transactions are conducted with accountability.
